Refunds, Returns and Delivery Restrictions

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and within 30 days of the delivery date. Some items, such as opened e-liquids or customized products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@nebulatraders.com for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Include your order number and reason for the return in your request.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@nebulatraders.com with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
